I think Hoyas are the best all round tropical plants you can own, given their Foliage, spectacular Blooms and Beautiful scents.

Most Hoya are Easy to care for and will reward you for many years to come. They rarely suffer any Diseases, make great office plants and add an exotic touch to any room. Many are very tough and reward your neglect!
