Hoya megalaster
This wonderfully named Hoya is a monster. Don’t let the untidy vine fool you because, when it warms up Hoya megalaster can grow quickly, sprawling wherever it can. It is quite woody when established and will form a solid shrub, or can be trained through a trellis or similar to bring out the best of it.
The real stars of the show are the enormous purple flowers it bears. They are absolutely stunning and guaranteed to provoke comment.
