Snapshots of how I prepare your plants for transit. Every one is wrapped individually and packed in large boxes with plenty of protection.
Postage and Packaging
(Shipping and Handling)
The Postage charges calculated by Paypal apply to UK and EU destinations ONLY.
Please ‘Contact Molly‘ for orders outside the EU as higher charges may apply.
Postage and packaging is calculated at Checkout. Just Click the ‘Checkout with Paypal’ icon and you will be taken to Paypal, where you can review your purchases and postage before purchasing. Hopefully you will find my postage charges reasonable.
I use Royal Mail postal services and add a small amount for packaging costs, which includes Bubble Wrap, Boxes, Tape etc.

Where it is more practical, and better for the health of your plants, your Hoyas will be posted without pots, but with a healthy amount of soil secured by foil wrap or simliar. This is a tried and tested method for safe transit.
1st Item Maximum £4.00 P&P (UK & EU)
Subsequent items will be discounted in your favour. Please email me if you have any questions – I am here to help.
Packing a Hoya for Posting
UK and Europe
Your purchases will be posted by 1st Class Post or Airmail Small Packets within 48 hours of your cleared payment. I use recycled packaging and urge you to do the same – it saves more than money!
Insurance is available at additional cost – just email me for a quotation.
Overseas buyers are responsible for their import laws. If you are not sure, please contact me.
Rest of the World
Sales outside Europe are not practical due to import restrictions. I do not supply phytosanitary certificates.
If you are buying from overseas, please email me at mollysgarden@btinternet.com for comfirmation of import laws.
If you would prefer to discuss an order, please ‘Contact Molly‘
I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit but I always keep proof of posting. This helps in the event of claiming for lost or damaged post.
Returns
Returns are accepted for genuine reasons. You are responsible for return postage.
I guarantee that your items will leave my shop in excellent condition. They are packed carefully with plenty of shredded paper to insulate and protect.
I do not post over the weekend to ensure that your plants are not in the postal system for too long. Whilst they will cope with the journey, I prefer to ensure faster delivery, for the sake of your plant.
If there is a problem with your purchase, please email me as soon as possible. I want you to be delighted with your purchase and will do everything I can in order to rectify any issues. I cannot be held responsible for plants or cuttings after they have been received as I clearly cannot guarantee the conditions you keep them in. As such, you must contact me on the day of receipt if there is a problem in order that we can act to rectify it quickly.
Deliveries may be delayed in order to ensure good conditioning of your purchases. If this is the case I will inform you and explain your options, which will include cancelling at no cost to yourself.
Winter Orders
ALL PLANTS AND CUTTINGS CAN BE POSTED WITH A 40 HOUR HEATPACK.
PROVIDED AT COST PRICE – £2.00 PER PACKAGE.
The Heatpack will help ensure that your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you would like a Heatpack, please select it from the product menus, or click Here.
To further protect your plant, it will be posted in a solid box, sealed in a plastic bag with copious packaging to help insulate it.
Loss / Delay / Damage
I want you to be delighted with your purchase but understand loss or damage can occur in transit. Hold ups in Customs are not my responsibility and will unfortunately result in loss. Please check your import laws before buying as restrictions may apply. Import restrictions do not apply within the UK or EU.
Please contact me in the event that your package has been delayed or damaged. I retain proof of posting for all packages and will refund your payment when compensation has been received from Royal Mail.
Claiming
Unfortunately, there is a 15 day waiting period before Royal Mail will accept loss of your parcel. This means I must wait 15 days from posting your package before claiming.
I will offer you a refund or alternatives, taking into account any reasonable costs, in the event of a successful claim through Royal Mail. Please be patient during this time.
I cannot offer you a replacement or refund within this time as the package may still arrive, which would cause further complications.
If you require a tracking reference, please contact me and I will be happy to provide a quotation for you.
Compensation is offered up to the value of 100 first class stamps unless additional insurance is purchased – please contact me for a quote.
